handy short cuts!!

okay handy short cuts was not what i was looking for. I had but dont remember the software name it let you pick a list of short cuts like "power off" softreset, IE or what ever was on my axim!!and add them to a line or 2 or 3 etc of my chossing!!! it was free also???

so it let you put the shortcuts where? more info will help me narrow down the 50 apps. that i think are it. lol
