Did any of you upgrade to wis bar advance i just did today i dont know how long this has been out or if it is yesterdays news. Anyways I have a question how do you get the top bar to change, not the start button, and not the today bar. WHat is it called?

I've got .15, which I think is the latest. You need new WisBar Advanced skins. You should be able to get then from the developers site. Can't remember what the URL is thought. You could search for it/them on google.

To change the top bar you use the "Background" tab in the area where you select all your buttons.

Select "Use Background File" and then hit "Browser" to select the file you want.
