cLaunch 6.0

Has anyone tried this yet to see how it works? I like the tab part.

Installed it this morning -- so far, looks very good. The tabs are certainly a nice feature, as is the ability to resize the icons. I have been using Launcher but cLaunch looks much more flexible.

I might be a dummy but I'm confused. I downloaded cLaunch and unzipped it and it gave me a sipped CAB file, which extracted into two separate files. Where do I put these to use cLaunch?

Copy the .cab file to your Axim (either on a card or in memory).

Use a file explorer to locate the file and tap it to execute. It will then install cLaunch on your Axim.

I installed cLaunch today and it works fine so far. I had installed dLaunch two days ago and it froze on me. When I went to soft reset, it went into a HARD reset. My backup wasn't up to date so it took a while to reinstall all my freebees. Lucky I kept the downloads on my PC. Has that happened to anyone else? Ialso had icbar on.

I also had dlaunch freeze up on me and had to do several soft resets, however it did not do a hard rest on me. I switched back to Seligman's Launcher. I did not have icbar at the time, just found it today.

Later this evening installed cLaunch and had the same problem as with dLaunch, received error msg. that file may be corrupted on on application and would not start another. Brought up Seligman's Launcher and both apps. started.

Like the looks and feel of cLaunch will try to contact developer when I have the time.

When I resized the icons it makes them look terrible. Anything below 32 causes distortion of the icon graphic onscreen. Any else experience this?

I have the size of my icons at 20 and they look fine, had them at 16 but that was to small.

Regarding my problem of 2 apps not running after using the ADD .exe option, I was able to workaround the problem by using IMPORT shortcut option and solved the problem.

The developer replied in a timely manner and will be addressing the problem I had.

I installed claunch today only to find that what was suppose to be ver 7.03 was actually ver 7.01 which has the deleted icons returning. Anyone know where to get the real Ver 7.03
