Resco Picture Viewer

I just installed the version of Resco Picture Viewer from the PPC2003 disc.

I also loaded a bunch of my digital pictures onto a 256 meg CF card. The pictures load slowly (they are jpegs), probably because they are between 1/2 and one meg.

No doubt I do not need that resolution to view the pictures on my Axim.

What is the ideal resolution to save the JPEG's in to view them on the Axim?

Anyone know of a good utility to automatically change and re-save the files at a new resolution??

Won't Resco allow you to change the resolution? The screen is 320 x 240.

Another Resco Picture Viewer Question:

I have my images stored on my CF card in a folder called "My Pictures". When I select "Browse CF Card" I get an error message. Yet I can "Browse Folder" to the CF Card and My Pictures without a problem. I'm not sure what the settings menu wants me to enter for the "Flash Card Folder"????
