Ok do you have Wi-Fi? If you do turn it on then load IE then go to today screen and hit the refresh button first little circle on left that will refresh and bring down the new weather.

Unfortunately, nothing happened even with wifi and IE.

Great news!!! I just reinstalled it and did everything you suggested again and it seems to be just fine! Now I just have to figure out the other options. Thanks again joelw135!:)

No problem, you still mite have to go in and delete buffer each morning. once you have done it it becomes easy. I am trying to find an rss feed for US news. The default is BBC.

Gigi! More information. The TodayPlus weather will not update until 60 minutes passes between last update. If you want when you go into config file change the number 60 in front of the city code to lower it to any thing you want. But understand that MSN updates each hour. You shouldn't update less than 60 minutes, it can overload there server.

Sounds like either the data didn't refresh (you must have an active connection to the Internet) or the city code you used is incorrect. Follow srs's guide for setting up your city's code on the TodayPlus forum.

Oh we got it working, but didn't understand the time limit for download was 60 minutes. TodayPlus is a great little program, works great with both WisBar Advanced and DotPocket. I do my editing using DotPocket remote access, so I can use the keyboard. I hope someone comes up with a keyboard other than the dell one.

Thanks for the additional information. Now I have some other questions...At default, my calendar listing causes a right hand scroll bar to appear because there are entries than can fit onto the screen. This scroll bar blocks access to some of the icons on the far right, yet I don't know how to limit the calendar to fewer listings. As well, I am looking for a way to add those program shortcut icons. Thanks.

I think the only way to do what you want is with a different skin. Go to the forum I directed you to before and you should find something.

P.S. You are able to close the mem and battery screen as well as the weather and news, by clicking on the little icons. That willgive you back space.

Just make sure you have the latest version, cause I know version 0.9.8 was suppose to fix something with the scroll bar.

Well, as an update, yes, I am using version 0.9.8 but I ended up taking someone else's skin (OSX I think) and altering it slightly to suit my needs. This is an amazing application that is truly flexible to a user's needs. Now I just gotta learn more about skinning and codes, etc.!
