Full VGA to QVGA screen zoom utility?
Is there a utility that can force a full VGA screen to perform as a QVGA screen?

I have an iPAQ HX4700 with a full VGA 648x480 screen. I have one program that is hardcoded for a QVGA screen of 320x240 only. When I run the program on my iPAQ, it is displayed in the top left quarter of the screen only, making everything very small and unreadable.

Is there something like SeVGA or OzVGA that will work in reverse and actually zoom the VGA screen to QVGA?
