outlook 2003 not syncing all

I have a new computer with Office XP 2003 including Outlook. Only Favorites and Inbox will sync. What will correct this?

In the options in Active Sync, have you checked the checkboxes for the other options that you want? Like contacts and calendar?

Do they show up on the front screen of AS? Or does the front screen who only favourties and inbox? Are you getting an error message?

I'm running Outlook 2002 at work and 2003 at home and having no problems whatsoever in synching. I didn't have to do anything special that I recall.

I get a box saying that Outlook is no longer installed so ActiveSync cannot continue to run. After clicking OK it continues to Sync Favorites and Inbox. It shows attn. required by Calendar, Contacts and Tasks.

I believe you need to have the latest Activesync version installed when working with Outlook 2003.

It Works!! I had to do a reinstall of Outlook and hard reset of the Axim twice. It was good to know that it worked for others so I had incentive to go through all that.
Thanks for the help.
