I found this website. Loads of software if you're interested in astronomy. You can also download a World time clock "Sekai" and astronomy themes.

Hand-held devices (HPC), Palm O/S and Sharp Zaurus are not supported. User reports indicate that Taiyoukei operates perfectly on a Toshiba e355 and Axim devices running Pocket PC 2003. Yes, I have used this software since I got my Axim, and love it. The developer has REALLY put some work into this program.
