I don't want a refund, I just want all my info under one account. I don't understand why this is so difficult; though it could have something to do with the fact you don't have a PHONE!!!!!! Please help me resolve this. Thank you again for your time.

So what can I do, it's ridiculous that I payed for this product and I never know when a new version is out, b/c I was afraid of being spammed. I need to resolve this, please help, or get someone involved that can, please.

Since you don't know the password and you used an email account that doesn't exist I'm unable to have the updates sent unless you go to the developers site and sign up for the updates. You can do this by going to the product page and send and email to their support address.

I do apologize, but I'm unable to give the password. If you don't remember what it is, this will be a problem. Please accept my sincere apologies for not being able to assist you with your problem.

Well, I don't know the password for the nospam@thanks.net account, I do have a reference # for my purchase though #######, if you gave me the password I would be able to update the account. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

soo... you gave a bunk email and wanted to change it to get your upgrade emails? I agree that it shouldn't be difficult to fix but you did give a wrong email I assume to "get less spam" that's the risk you run, not getting notified of updates.

Can't have the cake and eat it too. :)

Funny I don't see it that way. I paid them there money, and thought that the email was inconsequential; obviously I learned otherwise. Still, I should be able to log into any account (regardless of the email addy) and change my email address, what if it was for an ISP that went out of business?

i run a free email address that i can check with outlook so when i dont want to give out my "real" email address i can use the free one:)
