hello,
when I use start up my gps, everything is a go. When i start up pocket streets the default com 5 that the gps uses disapears and no moving map.
any ideas?

Try starting pocket streets first. Then go to TOOLS-GPS-CONFIGURE GPS RECEIVER and you will now see com5 available.Select this then check TRACK POSITION. Also select ALWAYS SHOW POSITION and GPS SENSOR. This should start your gps.
