PPX, all-in-one

Hi,

.................first of all a healty and happy NewYear :D

Ever heard of PPX? Just came across it.
What is it? Basically A YALA ;) "Yet Another Launcher Application"
and it has a taskmanager buildin too. Of course it is skinnable, but so is "cLaunch"

But then again maybe you want to use this app for whatever reason.

You can read all about it here http://www.ppx3k.com/index.php?page=ppx

No, it isn't freeware:p

Enjoy.
Peace,
Henk

I bought PPX when it was first released. I think I have found a replacement for Pocket Facelift.

Oh, and on my end, your second picture doesn't come through.

I must say I was never very happy with "Pocket Facelift" ($14.99)either. It did slow down my Axim, though I didn't yet tried it on WM2003. Nevertheless, PPX seems to give some "more" for $9.95 but then again "cLaunch" is free;)

Peace,
Henk.

I just bought PPX yesterday and I like it. I do not recall seeing a "How to" document with the APP and I can't sem to find it on PPX3ks website. Does anyone here have an idea where I can locate the instructions?

Thanks,
LRRP

raybruz, make sure that your "Owner Name" on your PPC matches the name that you registered PPX with. Virtually all of the "looping registration" problems encountered were because people didn't have their name spelled the same.

If all you are looking for is a simple launch plug-in for the stock Today Screen, then claunch indeed does the job... and does it quite well.

However, if you are interested in creating your own personalized UI that works the way YOU want it to, then PPX can do that.

To check out more of my User Interfaces for PPX, stop by the speedZone.

Don't worry Raynne, I haven't forgotten about you... I renamed the kde31 UI today.

I think "cLaunch" with "Icbar" or "Wisbar Advanced" and the "Microsoft Screen Image Today tool" for free will do the PPX job too.

Enjoy.
Peace,
