Any way to have a taskbar like in real versions of windows that shows mini icons for all of the running programs on the bottom of the screen?

Are there programs that allow this?

I'm very happy with Icbar. It is freeware and shows icons on the top bar.

Here's a link to download Icbar. I love it! I often wonder how I ever did without it. Many people on this site rave about it. Between the little icons showing running programs and the drop down menu, it's really easy to keep control of what you have open. I love the battery level icon it has too.

I do like IcBar... very much. I just wish the running task icons could be on the bottom bar, rather than on the top :) Anyone know a program that can do such?
