I have a brand spankin new X3i. It has MSN Mesanger preloaded.

I've tried to login using an existing account but I get a message that says 'Service Failed because the service is not compatiable with this version of the program'

Any hints out there?

Sorry if this is a repeat....I looked in a couple of forums and didnt find anything.

Go HERE to download and install the update that you need in order for it to work.

There was a security update to Messenger, so you need to download that and update your device. It can be found here:
