Am I wrong?
On 11/8/2003, I viewed on Aximsite the Mastersoft was offering 50 free copies. I jumped right on it and ordered it through Handango. I received confirmation from Mastersoft and they wanted the serial number from the program and they would send the registration code in 2 business days. THIS I DID NOT DO. Slipped my mind, got tied up in other minutia, etc. The program timed out in December and then I realized that I hadn't replied. OOPS! I then replied to them with my sob story and I received an email advised to send the serial number. This I did. This was 12/24/03. I have sent 3 emails requesting some sort of response. As of today, I have not heard a thing. I am disappointed. Had I done what I was supposed to do, I would not be writing this. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth as they say. But, I feel that I deserve at least a reply as to where I stand. My concern is that I have not heard anything like sorry, you snooze you lose, or, here's your'e registration, or get away from us you jerk, nothing.
Is this the indicative of the type of technical support this company gives? Please help! Am I wrong in feeling this way?
