Question Capturing Webpages

I am looking for a way to download web pages to the hard drive and then xferring to my cf card. I don't necessarily want to sync it to my axim everyday. I only use the dock to basically charge the battery. I'll admit up front .. I have alot to learn about how sync works and what it's capabilities are. I don't know if the mobile web pages sync'd can be copied to the axim and if PIE can display them correctly. I have tried avantgo.. handstory. Does anyone have a better way to capture webpages and display them...Thanks

This allows you to save pages as HTML Complete, then click on them in File Explorer, which will open it in PIE.

Another way to do this is to use an offline web copier like HTTRACK to download the pages to the PC, and then copy them to the flash card. Use care with the web copiers, because they can be a little abusive to web servers.

And yet another way is to use Sunnysoft's World off-line to download websites directly onto your PC while it's connected to the Internet. You can download single pages or follow all links to download a set of pages or an entire website. You can also choose whether to download images and other files. I use it as an alternative to AvantGo. WOL isn't free but it's very inexpensive.
