Transcriber and caligrapher both didnt do what I wanted them to do, and they couldnt get my handwriting down, what are my other options?

Keyboarding? With a little practice you can get awfully fast with things like fitaly (which I use and like). Tengo is another entry system that was fairly recently positively reviewed here on aximsite, but I have not used it.

In my experience most folks like calligrapher best for text recognition.

I'm fitaly fan myself, having used it for years on the palm platform before switching over. It's much nicer having the popup keyboard version of it instead of having to tape stickers to the graffitti area like on the palm.

I purchased a Dell snapon thumb keyboard only to find I can enter text much faster with fitaly.
