convert file type for the Dell

Hello
I m French boy that uses a Dell Axim 5
I v got a problem. I used to have an old Psion Series 3C and i had lots of Phone number and adress on it.
It s in a special PSION file type, *.ADR
I dont want to retype all the 300 Adresses i had. So can someona help me and say il there s a software that convert this file ADR so that i can put it on the Dell in the Dell s Adress File.
Or even to create an Excel files

If the *.ADR-file is an ordernary text-file (asci or ansi) yoy can arrange it to a tab- or comma-separated file and import it into Outlook.
