Any freeware database software available for download????

Not that I know of, but I tell you what - for around $20.00 bucks you can pick up a darn good one (Sprint DB Pro). I do quite a bit of work with databases and I tried out several. Sprint DB Pro is the best in my opinion. If you are worried about price there's one called Data on the Run that is o.k. also.(around $12.00).

I'll second Data On the Run. I'm not a heavy database user but for the price it's worth it, and you can sync it with your Access database files!

SprintDB is the best, by far. I gave 5 different applications a try. Most I uninstalled after only a brief trial. Kept SprintDB and have never regretted it.:D

Does the sprint db database allow me to create a data base directly on the Axim without using my desktop computer??? I need something that will do this.

Of coarse. You can download a trial version from handango. It is full-featured, but you are limited to two tables and/or queries.
