Dragon Naturally Speaking 7 on Axim?

Hello all,
I've been reading about Dragon Naturally Speaking 7's ability to take voice dictation made into an "iPAQ" and then convert the dictated recordings to text on the next docking of the "iPAQ". I for one don't see how the software wouldn't work for an Axim, but ScanSofts website only lists the iPAQ 3600+ models as "tested". Perhaps someone here could tell me if this feature can work with the Axim or is there some sort of silly firmware level hook with this software and the iPAQs?

TIA

Ok, figured out how this works...Dragon just look on a Pocket PC via activesync for recording files and then does it's job to convert the audio to text.

I got dragon and it takes a year to setup thanks to all the "learning" it has to do so I didn't get enough time to figure out how the pull from AX would work.

I'll see if I can figure it out and let ya'll know

Thing is, DNS 7 has a feature that can automatically pull the files over from your hand held via ActiveSync and convert them to text. I'm working on getting this working, just haven't had the free time to sit down and play with it.

Man, if it could work well it'd be a great thing. Carry a stenog in your pocket!

I got it working last year. big PITA. At best, 10% errors, enough to slow you down to a crawl.
