^^^ I think it is because i had a custome skin on and at the bottom it says only good when on "custome theme elements" when i was on "Use a Theme file"

I am not going to test it to see if that was for sure the program because i don't wanna get another hardstart.

Uhm not trying to be stupid but what is Wisbar? I am going to buy a Axim X3 VERY soon and I would like to know what Wisbar is and will it work on the X3. Thanks.

Wisbar changes the appearence of your taskbar and such on your pocket pc. Yes it will work with your X3 :)
