I'm having the exact same problem. Trying to access hotmail and/or MSN with cradle, CF Wireless, Dialup Modem...and I can receive messages just fine, but can't send. It just keeps trying to send and send, and slows down everything on the device. I emailed the manufacture, but no reply.

I'm trying to figure out if this is a DEMO problem only, but not sure if I should waste the $5 bucks only to find out that the full version doesn't send either.

ANYONE ELSE SOLVED THIS PROBLEM????????????????????

I checked the settings for the Hotmail that was setup by Pocket Hotmail and found that it was set to a POP3 type account. After deleting the Hotmail account (on the PPC) I manually created a new Hotmail account with the type of Hotmail. I was then able to bring my hotmail email down to my Axim. Hope this helps for some others at least. There may be other problems keeping people from getting this to work.

I purchased the full version of the pocket hotmail program....install it...and cannot see it even on my "Accounts"..although i followed the instruction of doing so.
Can anyone specify what shall I do to make it work?....when I tried to reinstall...and follow again the steps to set up the "Hotmail" account on the Axim....it tells me that that name exist.....I cannot seem to find hotmail anywhere on my Axim!
Please Help....

alt33000 I have the same problem and emailed the company and he said it is a problem with PPC 2003. If you are running PPC 2003 then we have to wait for a fix and the message I received said they haven't even tried PPC 2003 yet, so it could be a long wait.

pockethotmail didnt work for me either, neither the demo or full version. i tried everything..

I too am having the same problem, and I received this message from the developer.

"Hello,
You probably are using it on Microsoft Mobile 2003 device. It has not be tested yet on this platform and could possibly have some issues. I'll check it out"

I'm glad other people have received a similar response, as I now know fiddling with it any more would prove futile. My question is regarding the databases set up when creating accounts. As Alt33000 stated, even though the created account does not show, there is still a database being created. I have uninstalled and re-installed, but it still shows an account database. Now, I created about 10 different accounts while fooling with this and would like to delete them. I tried DBcleaner but it did not seem to work for 2003 (along with about half the other apps I've tried). Is a hard reset my only option? I assume that would do it.

I think i figured it out. Do you think the reason that most of you can't access Hotmail through PocketHotmail is that MS is blocking whatever part of Hotmail that Pocket Hotmail uses to work? I know AOL did that to Trillian for a while.
