Worried unable to synch inbox/tasks, via exg. server

Good afternoon all,

I'm hoping someone can help me here. I've got a customer who has Activesynch 3.7 installed on her PC. She's synching her inbox, tasks, calendar, contacts, via her exchange server and Activesynch. We can get her contacts, calendar, notes, tasks and favorites to synch, but not her inbox nor files. All of her information that she's synching with, is on her server, as opposed to being directly on her computer.

The only changes that were made to her configuration, was that her domain name changed. They've uninstalled/reinstalled activesynch, and we've done soft resets. Does anyone know where on the axim, or within activesynch, where you specify the domain name?

If anyone has any ideas, please email me directly.
