Activesync unresolved items

I have 5 unresolved items in activesync. When I click on resolve items, it is telling me it does not recognize a contact. This is a contact that I probably have in a meeting request. When I click on create a new address I get a server busy error that I cannot get out of. How can I resolve these?

Are you using Windows XP?
Do you get an error message: can't find file OMi9.dll?
