I don't know if this will help but if you have the older version and don't know the ID he is looking for goto your file explorer and then goto windows, scroll down until you see "removerID" that is what he is looking for. sounds like he may have stopped sending codes though.
Program is a lifesaver though and worth the money even if I have to get it for my x3i
I received an answer from SK, he is no longer giving out codes, but he said the new version should work until july. And then you should be able to use the old code by setting the system clock to 2009 then enter code and return clock to present date.

There is a thread on Brighthand where people have said that MemMaid removes your uninstall information, so the only way to uninstall an application is reinstall then uninstall. The developer will work on the bug.

Hi,
We disabled this feature in the public version (remove bad uninstall data) after we got "two" complains abou it removing incorrect data, and we are currently working on it to see if it was a problem in the logic/code to fix it.
Is MemMaid the same product as SK Tools but rebranded so to speak?
