stop journal bar from updating?

Is there a way to stop journal bar from trying to update?

The reason being is I can get it to work great at home, but I am not able to access the internet on my Ax from work. When I sync at work, journal bar freezes up and does not work at all except for the weather. Will unchecking the box "sync when first docked" fix this? is there a more automated way to do this?

I just bought the jornal bar a week or two ago and the day after they came out with an update (1.1.2.) You can look at the one you used to install from your desktop just double click on it to see what version it is.

Anyway You have version (1.1.1) Just go into your email and find your recipt that show you the link. It will look like the same file but its not, just download it and install it>

First unistall your Journal Bar completely then install the new version.

I think you misunderstood me. I want to stop it from updating the content. Weather, stocks, etc...
