OS Plug-ins?

Hi, I'm starting to get interested in Operating Sytem plug-ins. I'm talking about those programs that you can get from handango.com, like the one called eXPerience that allows you to operate your Pocket PC in an envirnment that is a lot like Windows XP. What I'm wondering is if anyone know about other ones, like maybe one tha would mimick Windows 9x or Windows 2000?

Any programs like this are of interest to me.

All the ones I have seen have mimicked Windows XP. I don't think there is much demand for ones that mimic previous Windows versions.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.
How exactly does ppx3k work? Is it like a tool that has a bunch of options that let you create your own theme? Did this guy just make his look like Windows 2000?
