I downloaded Sprite Premium trial version, and within three days, purchased the product. All was well until the trial period expired. Althought I was sent the key, the message on my Today screen reads "Evaluation Expired" and I cannot find and area to re-enter my key. I deleted the software from my Axim x5 and re-installed the program, but I continue to see the "Evaluation Expired on my Today screen.
I have had to hard re-set my Axim in the past, and it's a giant pain, so I thought this software would solve that problem. I have posted my problem on their site, with no responses. I'm hoping this forum will solve my dilemma.
I had the same problem after entering the key. I went to settings, today, and took the monitor off of my today screen. I then soft reset, and put it back. It seemed to fix it.

Gentlemen:
I deleted Sprite again from my Axim and PC, re-installed it, and to date all seems well. The message (Evaluation Expired)has disappeared, and under options, the dialogue box for the key is gone, and my name appears. (I can't explain this, but it's working)
