Is the German language version an added bonus?

How is it launched? Is it just a program or does it stick itself to the buttom of the start menu like in windoes XP?

Thanks,

RacerX,

It adds "shutdown" to the start menu. When you click it, it gives you three options and fades the rest of the desktop to grayscale just like XP.

Try a program called Nice Start http://www.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=5851
It gives you a great starting screen when you set a password and also includes the windows xp style shut down. It even allows you to add skins.
Unfortunately, it does cost $5.95 but you can use the demo indefinitely.
Highly recommend this software.

Problems I've encountered with this 'nice' program:

1) When I turn on my Axim using one of the launch buttons, after I key in my password, the app doesn't launch automatically. I have to turn off the password feature in order to make the app launch correctly.

2) Maybe it's a feature of the 'nag' message; but about 30-40% of the time, I would have to press 'ok' numerous times on the msg to get rid of it. Sometimes it just goes into this loop, and I would have to do a soft reset!

Other than point 1, I'd pay that 6 bucks to get rid of point 2.

I use nice start and I dont have a password I just click the green "ok" button and it works great for me, I didnt even notice at first but if you get ready to turn it off its fades the background into grayscale like winXP, pretty cool.
