Resco Viewer, can't arrange files?

I loaded pics in folder on SD card and can view all fine, but when I move them to organize they do not reflect that change and will view as before the moving! This is wierd and would appreciate any input here!

All of my pictures are in one album and those I can manually sort into any order I want. Remember to save the album when you have them arranged.
