When is the next Pocket PC OS coming out? Will we be able to upgrade by ourselves or must we send it back to dell? I have the 400mhz model. any links would be appreciated.

I guess anyone that may have an answer is under NDA so I wouldn't hold my breath for a response ...

two things that work in faovr of this option are :
1. PPC2002 devices allow for OS update
2. the Axim has 48MB ROM (i.e. allow for a bigger OS)

naturally, if anyone knows something concrete - I'd like to know that as well :)

I wouldnt hold your breath on a new software package. If u wanna know, call up Microsoft and ask them. Therye the ones who make it.
