A True Drag and Drop Note Taker

Hi all, I'm looking for a note-taker pocket pc app (that ideally would have a desktop companion), in which I could not only create a list of notes and folders, but one that WILL ALLOW ME TO DRAG AND DROP notes within one folder to another folder, or to move folders around in a "treeview".

Why? I'm writing a book and I'm looking for a easy way to organize my thoughts in an outline manner. This way would work BEST for me, and please don't tell me to use Pocket Word. I really just want a great note taker app that will allow me to create a treeview outline, one in which works like TOMBO, but allows for drag and drop capability.

I've tried out TOMBO, which does the basic job, but it sorts notes (not folders), in the order in which they were created, and not by placement, plus you have to cut and paste notes and/or folders for placement.

I've also tried a more mature application called, ADB Idea Library, and although it does have "drag and drop" capability, it too, sorts notes, (not folders), in the order they were created.

For a book outline to work properly, I need to have full control over where notes are places WITHIN a give folder.

Any ideas? I *think* by way of an Outline, and this is the easiest and best way for me to develop a book outline. ANY assistance in this matter would be deeply appreciated. Thanks!

UPDATE: I have just tried using TreNotes, and STILL can't get over the functionality that it has. This application is one of my BEST apps that I have on my Axim. You can create an outline, and LINK an outline item to a Word document! If you (like me), are writing a book, or even a Term Paper, this is INCREDIBLY convenient! WAhhoooo!!!!
