Question outlook problem

I just got my axim and it the coolest pda that i have owned theproblem that i am having is this, i installed the activesynch first thinking that i already had outlook installed with office 2000 but i have never used it because i use outlook express 6.0 for my e-mail through my cable modem. so i went back and installed the outlook 2000 that was on the cd-rom with the axim and i can synch everything just fine like appointments and the calander and the contacts but it will get the e-mails from outlook express and then it wont put them on my axim and the box is checked for it to synch. when i go to outlook 2000 my e-mail is on there but when i double click on an e-mail to open it i get this message " outlook has caused an error in outllib.dll" then it says outlook will now close . then it says that if it reocures then to restart my computer and i have done that. i have also uninstalled and reinstalled the program three times and it still does the same thing. please if anyone is experiniceing the same problem please let me know
