Axim replacement question...

Well.... I am getting a replacement this week.(d pad issue).

I already backed up the Axim to my PC.....when I get the one can everything (programs and all) be restored to the new Axim....or will I have to reinstall each program again?...thanks

Everything will be restored.
When you first get the new unit, you don't have to do anything but work through the screen setup routine, and then dock to your PC. Select a Guest partnership when asked, and then click on Tools, Backup/Restore and then Restore Now.
After the restoration, you may have to soft reset, and then accept the old partnership. When asked, choose to update the sync folder from the PC to the Axim, and everything will be the same as the last time you docked the old unit.
