Freeware for printing

Are there any free programs that will allow me to print over a Wi-fi network using my Axim X30?

Try HP Mobile Printing for Pocket PC. Works with HP and some Epson and Cannon printers.

I have an Axim X30 with Win Mobile 2003 SE. I installed HP Mobile Printing for Pocket PC, and when I try to run it I always get this error:

"Cannot find 'HPPrintCenter' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available"

All ideas what I have done wrong?

Thanks,

Tony

Did you make sure you installed the version for 2003SE? Try uninstalling and then installing again.

BTW, welcome to Aximsite!

Thanks...good to be here!

I did double check that it was the software of the 2003 SE and I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and did a couple of soft resets.

Thanks,

Tony

Where did you install the app? You might want to try a different install location?

I just tried installing it and got the exact same error message. I had used this for PPC2002 and WM2003 and it had worked without any problems, so I am quite surprised. I tried doing a quick search on the HP forums but came up with nothing.

I ran into the exact same problem using the WM2003SE download. I found that using the WM2003 (not second edition) works flawlessly though.

Cheers, Rich
