Battery Today Plugin
I've found numerous today screen battery plugins, but none seem to work with Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition. They all have some issue where the start button dissapears upon startup for a minute or two.

Do any work with Second Edition?

i use Spb Pocket Plus, it has a today battery plugin. i also have, battery pro. i believe that's what it is called. but that one is not skin-able :(
