Quick question:

I'm just getting the hang on my new X30H and love it!

What I want to know is:

1)if you do a hard reset and start over why does it not sync ?
Active sync treats it as a new ppc and you have to delete the partnership.

2) if you delete the partnership. it will wipe out you calendar and contacts in your outlook... This is really annoying.. so I have to make a .pst of my outlook then sync then import the .pst ?

Can someone help with the gray matter ?

Reset your Regional Settings to the pre-hardreset conditions, cradle your Axim and select the original partnership. Go to Tools, Backup/Restore and restore from there. You should not need to delete any partnership.
