I have been using switcher bar for the past 10 months with no issues, until recently. I will have a few apps open, then click the switcher bar and them click "End Programs"

The dropdown closes, then the swicther icon stays highlighted and never un-highlights itself.

If I try to click it again, it does nothing. If I go to settings/memory/running programs: the programs are still running. If I click the end all, then switcher icon unhighlights and goes back to normal. I can then click on it and get it to open the dropdown.

I did download and update for it about 5 months ago, so I don't know what the deal is. I've tried Wisbar and IC bar, but found I couldn't see the menus with my background color and didn't want to change it to make the SW work.

Any ideas?
