Lost hard drive, lost active sync

My Dell lost it's hard drive, and acitvesync 3.6 along with it. Now I have to install activesync and I guess the usb drivers onto the new drive. Will I have any problems with the activesync install now that my Axim has previously been synced to my old drive?

Will I lose any data on the Axim?

Thanks
