Hi,

I would like to get a program like the battery pack 2002, see review on this site.

I like the options but I really don't like paying for it, i mean, is there a program that does the same but is freeware. I won't mind paying for battery pack but I prefer freeware(of course).

Because I don't have a credit card I am searching for freeware.

I especially would like a program were I can put my program icons on the today screen.

Look at Launcher on http://www.scottandmichelle.net/scott/cestuff.html. It's a little clunky to use (you have to put shortcuts to the applications you want displayed on the Today screen into a particular folder), but it does the trick. They also have an application that purports to make it easier to create shortcuts directly on the PPC, but I couldn't make it work.
