Sprite Backup Stops at 11 Sec. ??

I removed the software (sprite) and reinstall into a different folder and area. Try to backup to SD card, Built-in to no avail. The backup starts and freeze the PPC at 11 second. I have to soft reset to get functionality again. Any help will be appreciated.

Have you talked with their techies? I have had a similar issue backing up to my PC and they got that fixed quickly. Give them a try.

Because I haven't done too much on the way of installing SW, I hard reset and reinstall Sprite first and test it. It worked OK. I then install all the other apps and tested after every installation. I am done and it is still working. I guess I had a glitch during the previous installation or the installation order is important for sprite to work.

I found the solution and cause to the problem. If at one point or another you ran Wisbar2 (even if it is close at this point) and try to backup, it will hang at 11 second. I did a soft reset (Wisbar2 doesn't start after a soft reset) and try to backup. It works OK.

This is a known issue and there is a fairly lengthy thread currently on the WA2 forums about it (which is why my copy of WA2 is still waiting to be installed).
