AIM and SSH for Windows Mobile 2003 SE?

Please recommend a few AIM and SSH applications for Windows Mobile 2003 SE.

For SSH, i mostly use Mochasoft Telnet .. just use the trial version, it works perfectly. The thing i like about it is that when you combine it with the bitstream vera font..and cleartype..it will fit the standard unix terminal size + the on-screen keyboard on portrait mode .. additionally, it stores your password..
