My wife uses the palm while I use the axim. Dell offers little help with this problem but I am wondering if anyone out there has the solution. Activesync will recognize my axim the first time but if I want to sync it again I have to go shut down activesync on my axim, disconnect from computer and then reconnect. After that it works fine. Dell said it was because I had palm and activesync installed at the same time. Does anyone know how to fix this without deleting palms software?
