Is this possible? All Pda's would be connected via cradle usb cable.

3,4,5 pda's?

Software to use to accomplish this?

I currently have three PPCs that I sync to my laptop. You don't need to install any special software - Active Sync is all you need. As you sync each device for the first time you'll set up a partnership.

I guess I should have been a little more specific.

All Pda's are connected at the same time.

Is there a program that will sync the first one and then go on to the others?

Ah. Now that is something I have not heard of. As far as I know you can only sync one device at a time.
