Sync problems with 2nd partnership PC

I'm having problems to sync my Axim with a second desktop PC. When I sync (with cradle) with my stand alone PC at home (1st partnership) it works OK. Then I've setup a second partnership with my desktop at work (Windows NT 4.0 domain) and it synchronized well the very first time. But if I disconnect my Axim and reconnect it later, There is no longer a partnership connection. In ActiveSync I see that there is a connection between PC and Axim but as "Guest" so I can move around files but cannot sync.

Anyone any ideas how to solve this?

If you figure this out please psot it. I have ordered my second cradle and it should arrive today or tomorrow and I will be doing the same thing with the added issue of syncing with Lotus at work and MS Outlook at home. So Obviously I will be very cautious in set up and trying to avoid potential conflicts. :rolling:
