On a previous HP Jornada that I had I used Intellisync by Puma Technology. The one advantage I distinctly remember is that you can specify folders in the Inbox, Tasks, Contacts, Calendar, etc. to synchronize (i.e. you can synch a private folder for one item and a public folder for another). It is a real advantage if you run Outlook or some other PIM on a network that uses public folders. The only problem with it is that you have to pay for it. I think it was about $65.00. Good luck.
