Clock Software

Can anyone recommend free or cheap clock software preferably a program that can be set to speak the time?

Yeah, WolfClock is pretty isn't it? The glowing mushroom skin especially. A bit big though, and I found the alarms weren't flexible enough for me to justify the rather big memory footprint. I use SuperAlert in combination with WakeUpTweak from Burr Oak, and just set reminders in the Calendar. Seems this combination is best under WM2003 for getting the dang thing to actually beep at me. For pretty though, just to have a nice looking clock, WolfClock seems the best so far.

XClock is a nice freeware clock. Uses around 100k.
Only issue, is it displays digital in military time. I dont see a way to change it.
