I'm still having trouble with battery pack pro. I'm trying this software with various combination of software >> didn't work


I've already paid for this software and so trying hard to get this one make useful. But it looks like I'm in no luck.

Sent email to omegaone support line 3 days ago... No response from them yet.

Should I give up?

I tried it on my x50v but would let me use the wireless button so off it went, and to think it came on the cd that dell supplied

Omega One products are know for being buggy. I purchased both Battery Pack and Journal Bar but will never use them again because of all of the problems they caused.

I too bought Battery Pack Pro, Journal Bar, and 1-Pass. After much trial and error I found that OmegaOne software was the problem.

I recommend DinarSoft, SBSH, and Wisbar2. These folks make great software, great support, and good forums.
