I enjoy playing chess on my Visor PDA, and would love to do the same on my new Axim when it arrives. Can anybody recommend a good chess game (preferably freeware) ?

Well, ChessGenius is probably my favourite - lots of nice features...

But it's also the most expensive at $25.

Well I posted something similar in Games and got some great feedback. I had downloaded a game for my husband and he didn't like it (I think it was PocketChess 1.1) That is when I asked for help and found naughty chess (I downloaded the trial and he decided he didn't want to pay to see more) So then (#3) I downloaded Chessgenius lite for 9.99(well I haven't paid yet still on the trial) but he really liked that one. Hope I helped.

I really like ChessGenius myself. It was actually programmed by a Chess champ, or so it is advertised anyway.
