Are you guys using WisBar Advanced?

You see, I was having the same problem, but then realized that There are some programs running in the background that Sprite isn't able to end. If I close Wisbar manually, then backup, I don't get this Verifying backup problem.

Wisbar has awknowledged this as a problem with their software and are currently trying to fix it.

THere could be other programs that are doing the same.

This issue only affects WisbarAdvanced2 - not Wisbar, or WisbarAdvanced1.3xx which are differnt programmes.

Does sprite backup ever go on sale?
And does anyone know if the premium version is necessary or will the basic do all that is needed?

Have a search on this site for Sprite with Wooch as the poster - he explains why he went with the standard version over the premium (sorry it is 4.30am my time and I am too tired to do it!).

The main features of the Premium edition are the ability to backup to PC and initiate backups from the PC, and also some storage, memory utiliites. In my opinion, backups to and initiated from PC are not a big deal, and the utilities can be found in other apps (e.g., Spb Pocket Plus) or in freeware.

Don't know what you searched for but if you had typed:

"Sprite" into 'key words', and
"Wooch" into 'user name'

Would have found:
"Sprite Backup or Sprite Backup Premium Edition"

I use the Sprite premium version and keep a backup copy on my PC in case I happen to lose the SD card, where the regular Sprite backup is kept. I also don't backup the SD card programs and files onto the SD card and that keeps the SD copy a bit smaller in size but the PC copy has everything on it.
