I am looking for a program that will take a picture for the background image and scalr it to fit.

When i browse it with PIE it scales to fit and looks fine but when i set it as a background through the today screen option it is normal size ( 640X480 )

I also have Wisbar for the top bar is there a bar package that replaces the bottom bar ?

that worked for the background image!!!!

now just need to get somwthing to replace the bottom bar
